what has change historical within family function and forms? |
The fact that before men worked and women went in the kitchen. The wwii came and men went to war and women went to work so then came the revolution of women wanting work, getting a higher education and getting better jobs. so now marriage becomes more of a partnership and less of a burden on men. children didn't have to do since there was no longer farm work to be done. |

What are the functions of the family?
What has become the #1 reason for marriage? |
1. Regulate sex 2. Taking care of kids 3. Forming an economic package 4. Personal happiness
personal happiness has risen to the top because as of now sex is pretty much a free for all. Women and cohabiting/noncohabiting couples really don't care for having kids and women work so hard they don't need anybody to care for them. So the one single reason to marry would because you will become happy/ier |
