1. Policy. The Jadence, LLC ("Jadence") Privacy Policy covers Jadence's treatment of personal information ("Personal Information") that may be collected when you are on this Web site, located at www.iqfuse.com (the "Web Site") and when you use Jadence's services. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Jadence does not own or control, or to individuals that are not under Jadence's supervisory control.

2. Personal Information. Personal Information shall consist of information that is directly identifiable with a specific person, including, but not limited to, a person's name, address, phone number, e-mail address, location, IP address, and username (as defined in Paragraph 7. of the Terms of Service Agreement). In addition, Personal Information shall consist of information on a person's network or online activities, including, but not limited to, areas of the Web Site the person visits most frequently, services of the Web Site the person utilizes most frequently, and ads the person responds to most frequently. Submissions (as defined in Paragraph 8. of the Terms of Service Agreement) shall not constitute Personal Information.

Jadence will not collect information from minors under 13 without parental consent, in accordance with the Child Online Privacy Protection Act.

3. Collection and Use of Personal Information. Jadence may collect Personal Information when you use certain services on the Web Site or when you visit "cookie"-enabled web pages. Jadence may also log your IP address when you use the Web Site. Jadence uses this Personal Information to fulfill requests for our services or products, to contact users regarding changes to our site or our business, and to customize the content that you might see on the Web Site. Jadence may also use "cookie" files to better serve your needs by creating a customized web site which fits your needs.

8. Amendments. If this policy changes, Jadence will immediately post those changes to the Web Site. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon being posted, unless otherwise stated in the change.
